Lauren Bertolini

Lauren Bertolini is the General Manager of Dwell and Domino and is responsible for both brands’ editorial and business operations.

A media veteran, Lauren has nearly 15 years of experience working with digital publishers. Before joining Recurrent, she was President of The Daily Beast. She spent five years as the brand’s Chief Product Officer before she was promoted to President in November 2022. During her tenure, she led all the technology, subscription, and revenue operations. 

Prior to The Daily Beast, she spent over six years leading product development for the Kinja publishing platform as head of product at both Fusion Media and Gawker, and Chief Operating Officer at Gizmodo (now G/O Media). 

Lauren holds a BA from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School Of Public Communications in Newspaper Journalism. She resides in the New York area with her husband and son. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking the Hudson Valley, quilting, and other handcrafts.
