Jayson Nayagam

Jayson Nayagam is Recurrent’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He’s been with the company since 2021 and has been responsible for Recurrent’s legal operations and strategy.  

Prior to Recurrent, Jayson spent four and a half years with Internet Brands, which owns and operates media brands such as WebMD, Avvo, and CarsDirect. He joined the company in 2017 as its Corporate Counsel, before he was promoted in 2019 to Senior Corporate Counsel and again in 2021 to Senior Corporate Counsel, Transaction Specialist. 

Before IB, Jayson spent several years as an Associate Attorney focused on Corporate and Securities at Indeglia & Carney LLP, a law practice that specialized in corporate and securities matters.

Jayson holds a BA in Government from Cornell University. He received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law where was elected VP of the Law Student Association. He resides in Southern California with his wife and daughter. He is an automotive enthusiast and an avid fan of the two-time Stanley Cup Champions Los Angeles Kings.
