
Colby Mann
Colby Mann is the General Manager of Donut Media. He is responsible for overseeing all of Donut’s content, merchandise, podcast, and event operations.
He was Donut’s seventh full-time employee, joining to help develop and produce their first original YouTube series, Up to Speed. The show would go on to become the brand’s first hit show. Mann spent nearly four years producing and editing over 130 episodes. During that time, he played an integral part in growing Donut’s merchandise business and podcast efforts, including Past Gas, one of Apple’s most popular Automotive podcasts.
In 2020, Mann was promoted to Creative Director of Branded Content and was responsible for transforming the brand’s growing portfolio of sponsored work. Since then, he has worked with all of Donut’s hosts to overhaul advertising campaigns from simple in-video reads to satirical yet informative commercials that authentically resonated with Donut’s audience. In 2023, Donut won a Streamy Award for its ASMcaR campaign for Nissan. Colby was promoted to General Manager in February 2025.
